  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

• Right of Regret (for Brazilian Customers):

  • In accordance with Brazilian consumer law (Código de Defesa do Consumidor), you have the right to cancel your purchase without providing a reason within 7 days of receipt and receive a full refund, including the original shipping cost.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or custom-made products, hygiene-related items (e.g., certain grooming tools), and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

• How to Initiate a Return:
