At CutePetsLove, we aim to deliver your pet accessories and toys as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing an order.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and handed over to our shipping partners within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

  • Delivery Time:

    • Estimated delivery time is 7 to 30 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location, customs clearance (for international orders), and carrier performance. Most orders arrive within 15-25 days.

    • Since we work with international suppliers in our dropshipping model, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or high-demand periods.

  • Shipping Methods and Costs:

    • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected method.

    • We offer standard shipping options. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders (check current promotions at checkout).

    • Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order ships. You can track your package using the provided link.

  • International Shipping:

    • We ship worldwide, including to USA and other countries.

    • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid upon delivery.

  • Lost or Delayed Packages:

    • If your order has not arrived within 45 days of shipment, please contact us at luanda.lima@cutepetslove.com for assistance. We will investigate and may offer a reshipment or refund if the package is confirmed lost.

  • Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes in certain regions or to addresses with known delivery restrictions. Please provide a valid physical address.
